Breaking Barriers for Women & Non-binary Individuals in Technical Architecture

Women and non-binary people pursuing careers in technical architecture face unique challenges that require attention. This panel includes CTAs from all over the world who will explore how democratization of knowledge has changed the landscape for minority groups striving to achieve the CTA credential, and how we can continue to move the needle by challenging societal norms, improving workplace culture, and removing financial obstacles. We'll share our career journeys, and aim to inspire more aspiring architects to embrace the challenge and take their place in our industry.
